Founder/Operator
I’ve called Las Vegas home since I was two years old. For the past 41 years, I’ve had the privilege of watching this city transform—from a rough, dusty stretch of desert into one of the most vibrant, resilient places in the world. I’ve seen it grow, I’ve seen it thrive, and I’ve seen it endure some deep pain and trauma. But through it all, the heart of this city—its people—has always inspired me. That’s why I started Outdoor Visual Werks. For me, building pools isn’t just about business—it’s about creating something meaningful. I love transforming backyards into personal paradises where families can come together, laugh, celebrate, and make lifelong memories. When I see kids playing in the pool, friends gathering for a barbecue, or a family reconnecting around the water, I know I’ve done something special. Every project I take on is a chance to give back to the city that shaped me. Las Vegas made me who I am, and through my work, I try to reflect the beauty, strength, and spirit of this incredible place. This isn’t just my job—it’s my passion. And every pool I build is a piece of that legacy.
Matt
Matt comes to Outdoor Visual Werks with over 30 years of professional business experience, ranging from COO to front-line worker in all kinds of restaurants and service industry positions. He was an intricate part of growing Chipotle Mexican Grill from 400 restaurants to over 300 prior to his departure. He semi-retired this year as President of Sport Clips Haircuts, and decided to pursue his passion with his mentor and friend, Greg at Outdoor Visual Werks. He is passionate about pools, design, and the intricacies of construction work. Helping folks make their dream backyards come true is something that fulfills him each and every day. This job allows him to maximize his time with friends and family, his number one love. Attending their events and being here locally in Las Vegas every day, while seeing the look on people's faces when they see their new backyards come true, makes every day great for Matt. He loves his family, and his Outdoor Visual Werks family makes every day better. We love having Matt as part of our Outdoor Visual Werks team.
Luis
Field Superintendent
With a strong background as a seasoned electrician and years of hands-on experience in pool construction, Luis has earned a reputation as one of the most respected professionals in the industry. His technical expertise is matched only by his outstanding communication skills and ability to connect with homeowners, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and meets client expectations. Recognizing his exceptional talent and leadership, Outdoor Visual Werks owner Greg Tribble personally recruited Luis from another company to take charge of field operations. Luis’s unique ability to bridge the gap between our crews and our customers made him the clear choice for Field Superintendent. His leadership helps keep our projects on schedule, our teams motivated, and our clients well-informed and confident throughout every stage of construction.
Benjamin
Designer
Originally from New York, Ben has spent over 17 years in Las Vegas perfecting his craft. As the Lead Designer at Outdoor Visual Werks for the last six years, Ben combines his strong background in customer service with a passion for creating exceptional outdoor spaces. His attention to detail ensures that each client’s vision becomes their dream backyard, down to the last feature.

Senior Pool Designer
Hailing from North Carolina, Clay has called Las Vegas home for over 15 years. With a decade of experience at Outdoor Visual Werks, Clay’s journey started in pool service and evolved into designing some of the most stunning pools in the Las Vegas Valley. His expertise in luxury pool design makes him a trusted partner in transforming your backyard.
Arin
Office Manager
Arin serves as the office manager at Outdoor Visual Werks a company known for its custom pool builds, casita, pool houses and stunning outdoor transformations. Married into the business through her brother-in-law, Arin handles a wide range of responsibilities—from managing contracts, scheduling crews, and coordinating permits, to being the central hub for client support and team communication. Her organizational skills and dedication are vital to the success of every project.
